In partnership with FocusPoint International,PTG provides your travellers with worldwide 24/7/365 medical and security assistance. Our Travel Assistance Plan includes on-demand access to dedicated 24/7 Crisis Response Center (CRC) hotline to receive advice for medical mishaps and security incidents that impact people during a period of travel.
Travellers are assisted by international medical and security personnel who will provide expert advice and guidance over the phone, and if necessary, coordinate in-country emergency response and assistance services
